Asseni is an Australian owned and operated small business. We support local and all of our products are formulated in Brisbane, Australia with locally sourced ingredients and packaging.   

Your skin will feel smoother and more hydrated immediately! In 80-90% cases you should start noticing improvement of skin after 14 days – just make sure you’re being consistent and using every day as directed. For a more information regarding results click here.  

Our Asseni Dry Touch Body Oil contains many nourishing and active ingredients that are beneficial for the skin. However, we recommend you seek advice from your medical partitioner prior to use for safety. 

No, our products are certified cruelty free and animal testing is banned in Australia!   

Yes, we do, but we think that better question is “Do we use ingredients that are good for your skin and health?”

Thankfully, that answer is yes as well. Australian regulations do not allow the use of anything toxic, to ensure all cosmetic products on the market are safe. Despite this, some synthetic and natural ingredients can still cause irritation, allergic reactions, or may be comedogenic (clog pores) etc. in some people.  

We do not use any of the common controversial ingredients (PEGS, phthalates, parabens etc) plus we stay clear of certain natural ones which a have a higher chance to cause known allergies (honey, milk, soy etc). We also avoid using essential oils that we know may cause irritation and burns when exposed to sun.   

Instead, we formulate Asseni products using the highest quality and most effective ingredients from both nature and science and ensure each is certified and complies with Safe Cosmetic Australia. The end result is a safer, lower irritant and allergen skincare solution with active ingredients that improves the appearance of skin.   

Billing & Payment

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex and also Google Pay, Apple pay and Shop Pay.   

Delivery & Shipping

We ship Australia wide via Australia Post. 

Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.15 AUD and has an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 5 business days. 

Should you wish to receive your order sooner, you can select Express Shipping which is charged at a flat rate of $12.15 AUD and has an estimated delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days.

All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped. 

Australia:  

Standard orders: 2-6 business days delivery after time of dispatch.  

Express orders: 1-3 business days delivery after time of dispatch.   

Returns

  • My Product Was Damaged During Shipping ?

We ensure all products are carefully packed and ready for their journey, however, in the rare occurrence of damaging during shipping please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will offer you a full refund or a replacement for your product, you just need to return the product for inspection (we’ll cover the return postage).    

  •  Help! I purchased The Wrong Item!   

If you made an incorrect purchase please contact us as soon as possible at xxx@help.com. If your order hasn’t been dispatched/shipped yet we will change or chancel the order with full refund.   

 If you order has already been shipped, you can request a full refund (excluding the shipping price charged to deliver the item to you) and return the product back to us. Just contact us within 30 days of purchase to return the product. It must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.   

  •  I’ve Changed My Mind?

We’re so sure you’ll love the results from our Asseni products that we currently offer a full refund (excluding the shipping price charged to deliver the item to you). Just contact us within 30 days of purchase to return the product. It must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

  •  I Haven’t Seen Results?

Remember the skin is a living organ and improvements take time. The clinical trials of our product showed 8 weeks of use was required for the best results. Effects will vary between individuals as we are all different, see here for more information on expected results and usage. If you would still like to return your product for a refund, we offer full refund – please contact us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible.

2. You must include your full name, receipt of purchase or order number, reason for refund and any relevant images (damages, defects etc. if applicable).  

3. Please use a tracked return service such as Australia Post to return your goods as we cannot refund any orders that do not arrive and cannot be traced.  

4. We will notify as soon as your return has been received and approved.  

5. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment (please note this can take 5 business days depending on your institution).
