Refund Policy

We offer a generous 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return you must request a return by contacting us at help.asseni@gmail.com or via the contact form within 30 days of purchase.

It is essential that your item must be in the same condition you received it; unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you meet the criteria above and return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue as soon as possible and make things right! Refunds and replacements are issued 30 days after purchasing your item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds will be issued 30 days after purchasing your item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Expectation

If the product did not meet your expectations, we will offer a full refund (excluding postage fees) within 30 days of purchase. Please note that to see the first improvement you need to use the product regularly at least 14 day according to directions of use and it can take 8 weeks to see bigger changes.
