Our massage cup produces light to medium suction intensity, suitable for novice users.
Direction of use:
-Apply cosmetic oil or Asseni Dry Touch Body Oil on the skin prior to a massage
-Massage the area for 3- 5 minutes in any convenient direction. Make sure not to leave the cup for long on one spot
-Do not allow bruising, take it light and gentle, especially during first use.
-Use every other day
